“Disaster” showcases JoJo in a different light as opposed to her original pop debut. The track has a more hip hop/rock driven beat and is the perfect spotlight for JoJo to push her vocal range. “Disaster” keeps the upbeat tempo, while introducing some heavy guitar rifts. JoJo made headlines when she released a cover of Drake's, “Marvin’s Room.” The Drake cover showed the world that JoJo was embracing a darker side to her music and had been growing up as a female in a male dominated music scene. This is a more edgy, gritty side to the polished pop star. JoJo is maturing and embracing a more aggressive side to her lyrical writing and musical performances.

JoJo’s last album was released back in 2006 but JoJo is back in a big way with her new single “Disaster,” off of her upcoming album, Jumping Trains. JoJo has matured both as a musician and a woman since her very first album, which was released back in 2004.

ProSport scrie că JoJo Dan se reface în Spitalul Universitar de la Trabzon şi abia peste două-trei zile va putea să zboare spre România. Timp de două săptămâni, sportivul se va hrăni numai cu paiul. Operaţia suferită la nici 12 ore după meciul cu Aydin a fost o reuşită: medicii i-au prins cele două părţi ale mandibulei cu plăcuţe de metal, iar fixarea de maxilarul superior a fost făcută cu elastice foarte puternice. Poate mânca absolut orice, însă totul trebuie să fie pasat. Nu are voie să vorbească şi trebuie să revină la Trabzon la jumătatea lunii decembrie, pentru un control de rutină.

Din cauza acestei accidentări, JoJo va lipsi aproape un an din ring. "Cariera lui este încheiată. Osul se va suda în patru-cinci luni, dar sportivul va mai avea nevoie de ceva timp până va începe antrenamentele şi va fi pregătit să primească lovituri. Mă refer la cariera la nivel înalt", a declarat reşedintele FR de Box, Rudel Obreja.
